Lead Practitioner – CPD

The Lead Practitioner will be responsible for the effective tactical and operational execution of continual professional development activities to further develop The Oxford Partnership.
This will involve the collation and consistent monitoring of a comprehensive staffing needs analysis. CPD development will be inclusive of a staffing complement covering both Academia and Group Services.
The CPD Manager will effectively organize and align CPD endeavours’ to address business needs. In addition, to contribute to and support various emerging initiatives that will become available to our staff.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in a related area.
  • Teaching Qualification.
    A1/TAQA, V1 or equivalent Assessing & IV Qualification.
    Proven understanding and experience of VQ delivery and e-portfolios.
    Teaching Qualification.
    A1/TAQA, V1 or equivalent Assessing & IV Qualification.
    Proven understanding and experience of VQ delivery and e-portfolios.
    Strong administrative knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
    Experience in the Further Education sector.
    Experience working in post qualification training or CPD (desirable).
    Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a customer-focused service.
    A flexible approach to working in a changing environment.
