VICE PRINCIPAL – Various Colleges across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We are delighted to announce that with our growth ambitions across our Colleges we are looking to introduce Vice Principal roles into our Colleges.  We have various roles available across our Colleges

Reporting to the Principal of the College the successful candidates will have key responsibility for Curriculum delivery and Quality working in collaboration with our 3 Sister Colleges, and Shared Services Teams, in providing quality English & Vocation Education opportunities to Saudi females.

With a vision of Transforming Lives through Excellent Teaching and Learning, we are looking for a dynamic, charismatic leaders to further enable the Colleges success over the next few years.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record in FE with the ability to build high performing teams, preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.   An innovator with gravitas and a wide knowledge and understanding of broader College Leadership along with experience of the day to day running of a successful college.

This role will have the responsibility of leading all teams that impact on learning outcomes, with a passion for creating interesting learning experiences that aid our students in their transition from learning English moving onto training in a Vocational College to becoming a skillful successful employee.

The successful post holder will be dynamic, passionate and an experienced leader who has experience leading high performing teams, coaching for success in people with a results orientated and detailed approach to contract management.

Similar experience in FE/HE or Vocational Education in an institute of this size is a must to be successful in this role.  Travel will be a requirement to the role, so a commitment and the flexibility to do this, is a must.  We are looking for the post holder to be in role by the early summer, as they will play a considerable role in readiness for our new Academic Year, to include both Student and Employee recruitment.

We are looking for successful appointments to join the team by 1 July 2018 when our Colleges open for Admission in readiness for the New Academic Year that begins on 2 September 2018.

Selection Process

There will be a panel interview, possibly in stages by various key stakeholders in the business.

We are looking for candidates to be available to start from 1 July 2018.
